KIDS FITNESS & TEENAGE FITNESS
Performance Criteria Boys & Girls Kids (6-8yrs), (9-12) Teens (13-17yrs)
Our goal, is to provide a forum for boys and girls to get a positive introduction into fitness, and to allow them to show case their talents on a public stage.
Please make sure that costumes are picked tastefully. All outfits must completely cover all private areas.
Fitness Routine: The judges will look for routines that demonstrate flexibility, strength, and endurance moves. Contestants can do any activity that they have excelled in such as bodybuilding, martial arts, gymnastics, dance, aerobics, any fitness activity. Contestants should show personality. Contestants should only pick activities that they can do well. Hair should be away from face. Absolutely no jewelry is permitted. Routines should be a minimum of 1 minute and cannot exceed 1 ½ minutes in duration. Music must be professionally recorded for high quality audience reception.
TOP BOYS AND GIRLS FROM EACH COMPETITION WILL QUALIFY TO COMPETE AT THE FINALS IN NOVEMBER!! MAJOR MAGAZINE AND TELEVISION COVERAGE WILL BE THERE.
