We hereby agree to abide by the following conditions:

(1) It is understood that the ABA/INBA/PNBA shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities arising out of claims for damages for injuries to anyone during the conduct of the said activity. Each promoter shall be responsible for obtaining liability insurance.

(2) An athlete's entry will not be accepted, nor will the athlete be allowed to compete, unless the athlete is a properly registered member of the ABA/INBA/PNBA. The official membership number of each competitor must accompany the entry blank.

(3) The above mentioned organization and/or individual applying for this certification agrees to become familiar with, and comply with, the appropriate rules and regulations of the ABA/INBA/PNBA.

(4) This certification, if approved, may not be transferred.

(5) Failure to comply with the conditions of this certification will cause immediate and direct withdrawal of said certification.

(6) All athletes must be tested by polygraph, urine or blood, using only approved labs by the ABA/INBA/PNBA.

In Consideration of the granting OF THIS SANCTION BY THE ABA/INBA/PNBA, the organizers of the event/activity agreed to the following conditions:

(1) The organizer shall pay all expenses connected with the proper conduct of the contest, and shall abide by and enforce all rules and regulations of the ABA/INBA/PNBA.

(2) The organizer agrees to hold harmless and the ABA/INBA/PNBAand any sponsors, from any and all claims that may result from this competition, including any financial liability incurred by the organizer holding this event.

(3) All athletes participating in the event must be members of the ABA/INBA/PNBA. All "Natural" athletes shall be polygraph or urine tested.

(4) The activity will be judged by ABA/INBA/PNBA qualified officials which have been certified by the ABA/INBA/PNBA and are on the ABA /INBA/PNBA judging panel. All judges and staff must be current ABA/INBA card holders.

(5) Safety precautions will be taken to protect the personal welfare of the competitors and spectators.

(6) All advertising material must be approved by the ABA/INBA/PNBA prior to printing, including: flyers, posters, etc., to insure the information is correct and in configuration with the ABA/INBA/PNBA requirements.

(7) Each organizer must have an ABA/INBA/PNBA application filed for each show. Your application must accompany the sanction fee of $500 for Local, Regional $800, National Qualifier $1500, National Contest $2000, Pro-Qualifier Contest $2500. International Contests start at $4500-$10,000. Sanctioning fee must be mailed to the ABA/INBA/PNBA secretary, 50% must be paid before Dec. 1 to be included in the first mailing to all athletes, gyms, magazines and web sites. The entire sanction must be paid 90 days prior to the event. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

(8) For sanctioning Professional Natural Body Building and Fitness contest you must call the main office for information.

(9) Depending on contest, promoter must provide room , board & plane tickets for ABA/INBA Official or Officials, pending on contest level and size. This must be agreed upon and be stated on the agreement before signed.
