Registration: Friday November 11th 12noon -5pm at the Convention Center
Competition on Friday and Saturday
Sunday Award Ceremony and Brunch for all athletes

All athletes must have a Current INBA Membership Card, If you need to purchase it, $65 US

Physique, Figure, Sports Model, Bikini Divas, Bodybuilding Men/Women, minimum of 5 competitors to have class Must have registration form in 2 weeks prior to competition date to be eligible to compete. PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE CLASSES AND AWARDS. FINAL CLASSES WILL BE DETERMINED, BASED UPON NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

**GENERAL INFORMATION**

MUSIC: CD's ONLY. No individual posing in Prejudging. Main Show posing limited to top three of each class, and a maximum of 60 seconds with music, and props. Bring your music already cued at Check-in. (Quality Recorded and Cued)
AWARDS: 1-3 will receive, large Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, all others will receive participation medals. (Promoter reserves the right to change any awards and number of placings)
ENTRY FEE: $150 US for the first class and includes award dinner for athletes, $100 each additional class. $195 mixed pairs.
Professional $275 US Fee must accompany entry form. Money Orders only made payable to Mt. Olympus Inc. NO REFUNDS!
ENTRY DEADLINES: Please verify dates. A $60 US LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER NOV 1ST AND NO LATE ENTRIES ALLOWED AFTER NOVEMBER 6ST!!
BACKSTAGE: Will be limited to athletes and ABA/INBA officials. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
CAMERAS: No Video or Professional camera equipment permitted in the auditorium. ONLY POCKET CAMERAS ARE ALLOWED!! A video may be purchased through the ABA/INBA.__________________________________________________________________________

**NATURAL REQUIREMENTS**
1. 5 YEARS DRUG FREE REQUIREMENT!!!
2. You will have to pay for your drug test in cash. The cost is an affordable $75 US The fee is much cheaper and safer than drugs.
3. Drug test will be given the day of the contest
4. If you should fail the drug test once you will be disqualified from the competition, depending on the substance 1year- to lifetime from the ABA/INBA/PNBA

Olympus Inc., ABA, INBA,PNBA, IFSB,NFSB, facility, city, county, Ms. Fitness, their officers, agents, employee's, sponsors, co-sponsors, officials, sub contractors. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use photographs, video tapes, motion picture recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. I have had an opportunity to review the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping rules listed on th Naturalbodybuilding website. I further understand that all ABA/INBA/PNBA sanctioned titles shall be stated as ABA/INBA/PNBA titles when used by an athlete for any purpose. Misuse of ABA/INBA/PNBA titles will result in legal action by the ABA/INBA/PNBA and I will be responsible for any attorney fees and court costs. An INBA Entry Form constitutes an Application to compete. INBA reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Application at their discretion and at any time, prior to the athlete competing.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

I, as a member of the INBA/PNBA and/or a participant in an INBA/PNBA authorized or recognized event, hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. I have had an opportunity to review the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules (please look under banned substances section on our website).

2. To comply with and be bound by all of the provisions of the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules and amendments.

3. The INBA and National Federations have jurisdiction to impose sanctions as provided in the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules.

4. Any dispute arising out of a decision made pursuant to the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules, after exhaustion of the process expressly provided for in the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules, may be appealed exclusively to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

5. Decisions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport shall be final and enforceable, and that I will not bring any claim, arbitration, lawsuit or litigation in any other court or tribunal.

6. I consent to the use of any photographs, video recording or other images taken or recorded at this event by the INBA/PNBA or it's nominees, in any magazine, broadcast transmission or any other printed or electronic media for the purposes of promoting this or future events, the INBA/PNBA, INBA/PNBA or nominees or their sponsors.

7. I further understand that if I fail the drug test, that the INBA/PNBA has the right to post my photograph and name as such on any printed or electronic media.
