Eligibility: Open to all athletes,Teens and Masters must bring proof of age. Novice must not have won any overall contests,except teens. ABA/INBA registration AMATEUR ($65.00) available at check-in. PNBA registration PROFESSIONAL ($125.00) + free T-shirt.

Ultra Masters Men And Women (1 class)-60 to 69

Junior (1 class)-Must be your first contest
Novice Men (4 classes)-Same as Open Class(5'7" and under and over 5'7"
Open Men (4 classes) to under 5'9". 5'9" to under 5'11", and over 5'11")
Novice Women (3 classes)- 5'2" and under, 5'3" to 5'6", and 5'7 and over
Open Women (same)- 5'2" and under, 5'3" to 5'6", and 5'7 and over

PROMOTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE CLASSES AND AWARDS. FINAL CLASSES WILL BE DETERMINED, BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

MUSIC
CD ONLY .Pre-judging posing limit to 60 seconds,(no music). Main show posing limit to 90 seconds with music, and props may be used. Bring your music already cued at check-in. (Quality recorded & cued)

AWARDS:First through Fifth in each class.Most muscular for men , and Most symmetrical for women. (Promoter reserves the right to change awards or placings the day of the show)

ENTRY FEES:$50.00 for regional shows each class. $85.00 for mixed pairs. (Add $10.00 to National shows, prices may vary, please check for entry forms specific to event) Fee must accompany entry form.

An INBA Entry Form constitutes an Application to compete. INBA reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Application at their discretion and at any time, prior to the athlete competing.

NO REFUNDS. Professional class $125.00 registration for the PNBA, and $250.00 entry fee.

ENTRY DEADLINES
Please verify dates and send entry in by deadline date (14 days before the competition) or you will incur a Late fee of $25.00

BACKSTAGE: Will be limited to athletes and ABA/INBA officials, or Kakos Production personnel. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

CAMERAS: No video equipment permitted in the auditorium. A video may be purchased which includes Prejudging and Main Show. (Pending on show, price may vary) ONLY POCKET CAMERAS ALLOWED!!

SHOWTIMES: Please call and verify times. Prejudging 12:00pm , and Main show 6:00pm (Times may vary)

Order tickets with Visa or Mastercard. All tickets will be on will call. Price of tickets depend on show. Approx.($15.- $75.) Please call and verify prices. Cash ONLY at the Door!

1. You must rush your entry form to the above address because adequate time is needed for us to contact you for your poly graph and/or urin test.

2. Once your entry form and fee is received you will be contacted to verify your appt. time (Time depends on contest)

3. Obtain two character references from someone that knows you are drug free for the amount of years the contest specifies.

4. You will have to pay to be tested in cash or money order. The cost is an affordable $60.00-$80.00(pending on show). The fee is much cheaper and safer than drugs.

5. Polygraph or/and Urine testing will be given the day of the show.

6. If you should fail the polygraph test twice or urine test once you will be disqualified from competition and any ABA/INBA/PNBA event for a minimum of 1 year to lifetime ban, pending on the contest drug free requirement of the show. If you test again after your disqualification at an ABA/INBA/PNBA event you will be disqualified for life from the ABA/INBA/PNBA. Be prepared for random urine testing.

Ms. Fitness USA top 3-5 finalists qualify for Ms. Fitness USA Finals for cash and prizes. For open womens classes only. Entry Fee $50.00 (add $10 for National Events) Teen,Open and Masters. Entry deadline: please call late entries additional $20.00. All contestants must bring their own music on cassette tapes, only quality recorded tape. Ms. Fitness will be judged in three areas: 1. evening gown 2. swimsuit 3. Fitness routine.
