INBA can confirm Paris Kiripatea, who was announced
the Open Men’s Medium/Tall
and Overall Amateur winner, has returned a positive
result to both A and B samples
supplied at a qualifying event in Australia
prior to the Natural Olympia,
and he is now Banned
for Life, from the ABA/INBA/PNBA
In accordance with the INBA Drug Policy
Section 9, a violation of the
Anti-Doping Rules in connection with an In-Competition
test automatically
leads to Disqualification of the individual result obtained
in Competition.
The results of the effected divisions are now official and
the Height Class winner
is Chad Martin (USA) and the Amateur Natural Olympia
awarded
to runner-up in the Overall Posedown, Warren Clampit of Australia.
