Internet Xtreme Natural Body Challenge

This is a 12 week challenge, seeking the best improved person
using Xtreme Natural Supplements in combination with diet and training program.
We are looking for legitimate users of the Xtreme Natural Supplements, as we
want your honest endorsement of these products. You are not only going to
look great, but you will Feel Great Naturally!
There are 2 options to compete each year.
The Challenge is conducted within a 12 week period
& will start May 1st/September 1st.
Must submit final photos no later than August 7th/December 7th.
Requirements to Participate:
1) All Entries must be received by May 1st/September 1st , entry form is below. Before and after photos, must be received, no later than, August 7th/December 7th , either through email or post dated envelope showing the valid mail date of July 31st/November 22nd. Before and after photos must consist of the following: 4 photos: one frontal, one side, one back and one frontal with a major newspaper dated with start date for the before photo and dated 12 weeks after your start date for the after photo.
2) Competitors must be at least 18 years of age prior to starting this challenge. Consult a qualified medical doctor prior to beginning any weight training, diet or fitness program.
3) Competitors must use at least 2 Xtreme Natural Supplements during this challenge, proof of purchase must be shown to receive prizes.
To Enter the Challenge:
1) All entries must be sent to either INBAWorld@aol.com or by conventional mail:

2) Must be a current INBA Member, membership forms can be found under the forms section at www.naturalbodybuilding.com
3) Fill out the entry form below, the fee to enter is $100.00
4) We require before and after photos as follows: 4 photos, one frontal, one side, one back and one frontal with a major newspaper dated with your start date for the before photo and dated 12 weeks after your start date for the after photo. Wearing a swimsuit, with a light colored background, photos must be as clear as possible. Make sure that the date on the newspaper is visible.
5) Provide a short personal essay, no less than 50 words, stating your previous dieting & training experiences, what has made you want to make this life change, & any other info. you want to include about yourself & life experiences.
Contest Rules
1) All entries must be received by May 1st/September 1st
2) All entries will be judges by official INBA judges, and is based on amount of weight the contestant has lost, the overall change and improvement in contestants physique and the quality of their personal essay.
3) You must be 100% Drug Free to compete, Grand Prize winner will be tested by urine analysis, blood, polygraph or any other means necessary to conclude the competitor is natural.
4) Any photographs, video, testimonials and endorsements, must first be approved by the INBA.
5) INBA reserves the right to change prizes.
Contestant Disqualification- A contestant can be disqualified on the sole discretion of the INBA, reasons are as follows:
- Before and after photos do not adhere to posted guidelines
- Personal essay does not adhere to posted guidelines
- Requested information does not adhere to posted guidelines
- Any & all defamatory, malicious, harmful or racial material, imagery or literature is enclosed, appears, or implies w/ entry
- Obvious fraud, forgery, and deceitful material, imagery or literature enclosed, appears or implies with entry.
Prizes:
**Grand Prize Champion will receive:
- Entry Fee Paid to compete at an INBA National event of their choosing
- 5 VIP tickets for family or friends to attend the above said event and see your transformation in action!
- One Year Supply of Xtreme Natural Supplements of the product of their choice
- Certificate of completion of the 12 week Xtreme Natural Body Challenge
- 10% discount on all other Xtreme Natural Supplements for 5 years
**The 4 Runners Up will receive:
- Entry Fee Paid to compete at an INBA National event of their choosing

Upon

injuries or damages suffered by me against Xtreme Natural Supplements, Mt.
Olympus Inc., ABA, PNBA, INBA, facility, city, country, their officers, agents,
employees, sponsors, co-sponsors, officials and sub-contractors. I will
participate in this event as a contestant. Further, I hereby grant full
permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my photographs, video tapes,
motion picture recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. I
further understand that all ABA/PNBA/INBA sanctioned titles shall be stated as
ABA/PNBA/INBA titles when used by any athlete for any purpose. Miseuse of an
ABA/PNBA/INBA title will result in legal action by the ABA/PNBA/INBA and I will
be responsible for any attorney fees and court costs.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
I, as a member of the INBA/PNBA and/or a participant in an
INBA/PNBA authorized or recognized event, hereby acknowledge and agree as
follows:
1. I have had an opportunity to review the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping
Rules (please look under banned substances section on our website).
2. To
comply with and be bound by all of the provisions of the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping
Rules and amendments.
3. The INBA and National Federations have jurisdiction
to impose sanctions as provided in the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping Rules.
4. Any
dispute arising out of a decision made pursuant to the INBA/PNBA Anti-Doping
Rules, after exhaustion of the process expressly provided for in the INBA/PNBA
Anti-Doping Rules, may be appealed exclusively to the Court of Arbitration for
Sport.
5. Decisions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport shall be final and
enforceable, and that I will not bring any claim, arbitration, lawsuit or
litigation in any other court or tribunal.
6. I consent to the use of any
photographs, video recording or other images taken or recorded at this event by
the INBA/PNBA or it's nominees, in any magazine, broadcast transmission or any
other printed or electronic media for the purposes of promoting this or future
events, the INBA/PNBA, INBA/PNBA or nominees or their sponsors.
7. I further
understand that if I fail the drug test, that the INBA/PNBA has the right to
post my photograph and name as such on any printed or electronic media.
8. I
have read and understand this Acknowledgment and Agreement.
